China Company Website Launch Checklist

A company website is not finished when the pages look good. The launch has to cover filing, search, forms, speed, analytics, maps, and care.

Confirm China-friendly access first

Check DNS, SSL, CDN, image compression, cache, and font sources so the page does not depend on unstable external resources in China.

If the site also serves global buyers, separate China and global infrastructure decisions clearly.

Make the pages understandable to search engines

Every page needs a unique title, description, canonical, breadcrumbs, structured data, and internal links.

Chinese pages should be stable and crawlable for Baidu, while English pages keep their own URLs, meta, and hreflang.

Verify inquiries and analytics last

Form fields, notification email, source parameters, Baidu Tongji, conversion events, and monthly reporting should be accepted together.

On launch day, each inquiry should show the page, channel, and service interest that created it.

Execution Checklist

  • ICP and police filing pending confirmation
  • Mobile first screen has no layout break
  • Forms deliver and record source
  • Sitemap and robots are ready
  • Baidu webmaster and analytics are ready
